What is the process for the flat fee listing?
The process is the same as every other listing service, the only difference being our flat fee is due up front prior to listing your home. We spend money starting day 1 to sell your home effectively, and with passing the equity savings onto you, we require our fee at the start. It is the small price to pay for thousands of savings in the long run.
What is the transaction fee?
The transaction fee is the same amount as our flat fee, however this is only due at closing after your home is sold. For example, a client listing their $500,000 home might pay $2,495 up front for our flat fee service. Once the home is sold, the transaction fee of $2,495 will be applied at closing as well, totalling $4,990 in commission with our flat fee. A brokerage charging 3% would take $15,000 out at closing to list and sell their home, meaning they save over $10,000 in equity with our flat fee!
What if my home doesn't sell?
If your home isn't selling, we continue to market and generate prospective buyers until it does - our job isn't finished until it's sold. However, if you decide you no longer would like to work with us, the up front flat fee is non-refundable, but the transaction fee will not be due - as this only applies at closing.
What is the difference between the flat fee and a commission based realty firm?
The only difference is the price you pay. We provide the same level of service as brokerages charging percent commissions, all for a fraction of the price. It is hard to believe, but there is no catch. Just equity savings for you and your family.
How can I find my home's square footage?
